Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your new Motel pieces, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all garments are in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Log into our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging or a secure mailing bag, ensuring all original labels and tags are still attached.

• 3.
  Post Your Parcel

  Generate your return shipping label through the portal, print it out, and drop your package off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
